Darktides Research LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
All products sold are research materials. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
We do not offer refunds for buyer remorse, incorrect product selection, delays caused by the carrier, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If approved, remedies are issued at our sole discretion as a replacement product or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be considered fraudulent and disputed with supporting delivery confirmation, checkout acceptance records, and policy acknowledgment.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
